A Delicious Family Snack - Apple & Cinnamon Muffins

Ingredients include:
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp baking powder
- 3/4 cup apple juice
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup chopped granny smith apples (cooked)
Method:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Peel, slice and chop apples, then partially cook in a pot of water. Combine all other ingredients and stir in the cooked apple. Line or grease a cup cake pan and fill each cup halfway. Bake for 15 minutes, let cool and enjoy!
