We simply love apples and delight in the differences of each of the varieties.
We source our apples, and pears, from our own orchard and other orchards locally. The amazing Gippsland soil, climate and of course, our people, culture and growing methods, ensures our apples taste like none other. This is why nothing compares to our fresh juices both in taste and in quality.
A fourth generation family business, we've been growing apples since 1953 at Bellevue Orchard in Officer, West Gippsland. All year round over the four seasons, we work hard to grow the fruit for our Summer Snow juices.

Our fresh juices speak for themselves.
We make sure we pick the best apples and crush ‘em in our big press. We bottle it ‘em to keep that ‘just picked’ taste with all the nutrients inside. Because our juices are pressed cold, the gentleness of our process ensures the unique taste of each apple variety is fully captured in every juice.
Our 100% Australian made juices are made from real fruit. No concentrates, no preservatives, no added colours or flavours. Nothing artificial.
