Simply put Summer Snow makes juice using 100% Australian fruit. We're a fourth generation family business that has been growing fruit since 1953 and making variety specific apple juice for nearly 25 years.

We firmly believe that apple varieties are diverse, each unique in personality, style and flavour. That's why we juice apples in a way that accentuates their flair.
We're on a mission to pluck only the cream of the crop, the absolute best apples, and give them a good squish in our hefty press. Then we get bottling, ensuring we trap that 'fresh from the tree' taste and all the good stuff - the nutrients - inside. Our fruit juice get the VIP treatment – a cold press, like a gentle hug ensuring every apple's distinct taste is front and centre in each juice bottle.
