Shipping Update

Our shipping partners have advised they are currently experiencing significant parcel volumes through their networks. As a result, customers should allow extra time for parcels to arrive.

With the lead up to Christmas, increased volumes are still expected. Interstate deliveries, particularly across WA, NSW and Victoria, may still be impacted by the rail and road closures from the recent flooding.

Over the Christmas and New Year period parcel collection by our partner couriers are dependant on their own operating hours. Collection and delivery times may be restricted, and subject to change. Interstate deliveries may be limited from Friday 23 December 2022 until Tuesday 3 January 2023.
